Chapter 70. Taken

Ten minutes later, a car stops and I freeze. I look at it and try to work out if it's Marco's or not.

"Miss Salvadore, you weren't meant to leave the car!" The guy looks at me, I glance at the car, and seeing the license plate, I relax. It's one of Marco's cars. I look between the men and recognise the uniforms, they are Marco's men.

"I had to. Some guys pulled up in an unknown car." I explain and step closer to the car.

"Did you get a look at them? Anything that could identify them?" He takes out his phone. "Anything, Miss Salvadore, so I can let the boss know?" The driver looks at me worriedly.

Sighing, I get in. "The car didn't have the usual licence plate. The symbol wasn't on it. Instead, it was like an upside-down horse almost." I explain, wondering who it was, yet I feel like it is Arlo and Roxy.
