James pointed out, "Change of plans, Cal." as he walked into Calix's room. "I just got word from your father that he won't be authorizing us to join the crew during the biggest shipment with the Lombardi’s."

Calix immediately cursed out, "What the fuck?" as soon as his friend told him the news, obviously not liking it. "What do you mean we are not getting involved? That is just bullshit!"

"I am not surprised with this. I have seen this coming considering how wary your father was about the manner in which you spend time with your wife the past few weeks that she has been here," James casually blurted out, shrugging his shoulders in the process. "That means we shift to plan B."

"How dare he just change his mind like that? We're ready for that fucking shipment. We have laid out the plans already on how to go about the mission because I need to see to it that Giovanni gets caught and is put behind bars so Kaira and I can have the freedom to enjoy our marriage."
