Chapter 43. Stronger Than Before

Aaron and Ravine calmed down as they came home. They were dialing another number while Ravine's work phone was blasting away its battery in her study/office room.

Ravine calls a certain person who sighs on the phone.

"I will reach your place in half an hour. What did you two do this time?" The man says.

"Nothing special. Hit her and threatened the life out of Mayor's daughter. That bitch..." the man sighs for the umpteenth time already.

...

Half an hour passes by.

Sigh count: umpteenth + 1.

The lawyer sips on chamomile tea as the two crazy lovers sat in front of him. He shakes his head.

"I am like your escape for all the crime you guys do, right?" He gets informal with them. Aaron slips out of his anger and begins chuckling guiltily. He rubs his hands together and says.

"We're only eliminating all the people who are threatening us. What do you have in mind, Lawyer sir?"
