Today I didn't have the heart to work, so I just told Dani that I wouldn't go to the office because I had something to take care of. 

Ever since Nurse Peighton told me that my marriage with Gavin was fake, I have been perturbed and uneasy. 

'What if what she said was true?'

Albeit I tried to believe that Gavin wouldn't do it, there's a part of me that wanted to know the truth. I want to know if his words were true. 

So I went to the municipal office to check our marriage records. And the result was... there was nothing.
