Chapter 17

Sophia and Sam looked at the forest, trying to see if there were any human inside before they could begin their operation. After a few minutes of inspecting the environment, Sam said, “The coast is clear.” Sophia nodded.

“Let’s begin,” Sophia said as the two of them placed their palms on each other and slowly brought their palms to the ground. This allows them to see where those other vampires might have gone. It took two minutes before images started flashing before their eyes until their eyes caught a vision of an uncompleted building with vampires inside and outside the building. Just as they were about to stop, their eyes caught sight of a little girl tied and blindfolded, and beside her was a man. The images started fading as the two of them removed their palms from the ground.

“I guess we’ve gotten what we wanted,” Sam said as Sophia nodded with a smile on her face.
