“Do you realize I can’t help you if you get killed?”

Jane cast her gaze on the mysterious lady. She quickly stood to her feet. With a searing gaze on the lady, she asked, “Have you seen him?”

“This journey isn’t just about you. It’s about him. You must continue this journey to save him all you two will be dead before you could open your eyes.”

“What do you mean by that?” Jane asked with a concerned look on her face. She continued. “Please, tell me. I deserve to know.”

“When you find him, then you will know of everything you wished to know.”

Jane sighed. She picked up the staff and with haste she grabbed the mysterious lady with the staff pointed at her. “If you don’t start telling me what I need to know right now, you will end up like the creature I just killed.”
