Hodesh grinned as she saw the message from the inn owner, Glenn, appear in her memo book. She couldn't believe it. Her plans are falling into place.

She checked the horse stable for Mrs Claire, and she snickered at the sight of her. She has finished tying Karen and Asher, Marvel's best friend, on top of two different horses.

Ever since her dark power was unlocked, Hodesh felt stronger. She has never felt alive like this before. It was like she could embrace reality and travel across different universes at once.

She stared at the memo book again and read the words aloud. "Your friend Marvel is now on her way to Belmont." Instantly, she picked up her backpack and headed to the horse stable.

"Are you ready?" Hodesh asked Claire. 

She replied, "Yes, Mistress Hodesh."
