Chapter 293. Unexpected Turnabout
Mukhtar tried to recollect when he had sustained the injury and he remembered his foolish venture into the thicket at first. Spurred by his anger at her unexpected action, he had tried to pry the cluster apart with his hands despite seeing the thorns on the bushes.
