Chapter 32. D-Day
He was in his office three days later when he received a mail notification that his request had been approved and an agent had been assigned to him. Payments had been made to the site's account with the promise of a refund if the deal fell through. His agent had been an affable older man who had run him through the gamut of tests after tests, questioning, and verifications of who he said he was.
After all the poking and prodding, he had been informed two days before that he would be meeting up with the lady today.
"This is really happening right now. It's no longer like a joke that could be called off at any moment," he thought as he put on his joggers and shirt to go for his morning
