Chapter 50. Well...Well...Well

Tomiwa Babalola whipped out her cell phone the moment she touched down at the airport and waited impatiently at checkout to be cleared. She picked up her car from the valet and connected her phone to her car system. She put a call through to her secretary as she manoeuvred out of the parking lot. It was picked on the first ring.

"Hello Paulina, How are you doing today?" She asked as she gave the finger to a man who cut across her, nearly scraping her car paint.

"I am fine, Miss Babalola. How was your trip, ma?"

Tomiwa smiled and said, "Profoundly successful, my dear."

"Oh wow! You mean we?" The secretary exclaimed in excitement.

"Yes, we did. Let's leave the celebration for later," she said as Paulina let out a hooting sound over the receiver. "Connect me to Andrew, Samantha, and Richard right now."

"Right away, ma! Right away! Congratulations, ma! " a static sound, then the line connected again.

"Hello Sammy, Are you there? Richie?"
