Chapter 74. Your Baby or the Mother?
Tomiwa lay down on one of the chairs with a soft sigh. "This is the life, oh Bernie! You have outdone yourself here. I am sure she would be so happy with all these transformations," she swiveled on the chair as she sat up and waved her hands around to encompass the whole building. "I mean, look at all this. If I am this overwhelmed by the changes, I believed she would be ecstatic at this changeover, and I couldn't have done better myself. Well, maybe one or two things differently, but no, this is a great job, brother of mine. I am grateful for you, you know? Even though I don't say it often enough,"
"Or say it at all, sef," Bernard teased.
"Ahn Ahn, I do thank you, na," Tomiwa countered.
"Really? When? Sincerely, I mean"
"Eeeeeerm, I thanked you when... Wo, I can't remember, I sha know that I do thank you," she said with a laugh, then gave him a hip bump. "You are my brother, na; even if I don't say it, you should automatically know that I am grateful."
