“I hate you; why didn’t you go straight to me?” Kameron’s father spoke on the phone.
I took a breath and glanced at the man beside me. “I am sorry, Dad. I feel terrible on the flight, don’t worry, I’ll treat you to dinner tomorrow, and I also have a lot of greetings for you!”
“Whatever, Kameron!” He snorted and hung up on me.
My mouth dropped as I looked at his call logs on my cell phone.

I gasped in the air and put the cell phone in the pouch I was carrying.
