“This is not the way back to Jaxsen’s penthouse,” Jillian said sharply while pointing to the road we were taking.

I snorted while driving. “We’re not going back there.”

“And why?”

“We’re not going to live there, Jillian. I’m already looking for a place for you to live but I have to show you something first…” I explained while out of the corner of my eyes I saw how she frowned at the last thing I said.
