Chapter 101

I did not say a word. I glanced slightly at Jillian who was now mouth wide open, not because of Jaxsen but because of what she found out from what I said earlier.

Jillian chuckled sarcastically.

Jaxsen gave him a deadly glare but she fought back before Jaxsen’s gaze drifted in my direction again. His eyes were angry and dark, questioning whether what he had learned from Steven was true.

“Is it true?!” He screamed, if he could just touch the door casually, it might have been thrown my way.

Jillian smirked. “Silence means yes, duh.” And it even managed to stand in front of us who were burning with anger.

“W-Why didn’t you say it?” Jaxsen never left me down with his eyes.

His face is blank. You have nothing to read. I will never be silent until his anger toward me subsides. I’ll let him do what he wants to do now. What he wanted to say, and when it calms down… that’s when I’ll explain why I didn’t say it.
