Belle’s POV

As the man who owned the arrow stuck in my heart met the light, shock flashed across my face.

“The chairman issued an order that you can be delivered dead or alive,” Zeke says as he walks up to me.

“Zeke... Why?” I asked as I knelt on the ground.

“Why? I decided to kill all the monsters in this world, and you’ve included them,” Zeke replied, disgustedly staring at me.

I’m not sure what makes Zeke’s weapon so special, but I felt my body weaken. So, I tried to get rid of it, but the arrow got deeper.

“Out of this world... I thought my memory was faulty. But now that I see what is happening to you, I am grateful to my grandfather for this wonderful gift,” Zeke states while amazed, looking at the arrow in my chest and his crossbow.

“Zeke... What did they do to you?” I said before I finally fell to the floor.
