“Get down to the basement as quickly as possible!” Killian orders the man.

“Fuck! It’s far too late! It’s starting!” As his bones began to deform, the man let out a deafening cry.

“Oh, no!” Killian dashed up to the door where Belle and Audrey were hiding and yanked it open.

“Hi,” Audrey said with an awkward smile, but Belle focused her attention on the man who was undergoing the transformation.

“Belle! This is not the time to stare at him. It’s dangerous for Audrey to be here. Go down to the basement and hide. Quick!” Killian ordered in a hasty command.

Audrey dragged Belle and led her to the basement door because she still didn’t seem to be in her right mind.

“Did you see what happened to the guy?! It will happen to me too!” Belle clamored. The terror on her face was evident.
