Zeke’s POV
“You’re incredible. That’s why you don’t want to be our friend. It turns out you’re not your average hunter. You’re out of our reach,” Raine said as he walked toward the medical department.
I turned to face her and took a deep breath. I’m not sure, but I have a strong feeling about Raine. In fact, I’d like to speak with someone in this area other than Raine. She appears to be approaching me with a different intent.
“I’m not like you or the other kids here, so I appreciate it more if you stay away from me,” I respond coldly and continue my walk, leaving Raine behind as she stops stepping and bows her head, fists clenched.
“You’re getting on my nerves,” Raine said, waving her finger.
I can feel myself lifting off the ground and hitting the wall as I walk. And it didn’t stop there because I stayed afloat after hitting the wall.
