I quickly turned to face the wall that had been ripped apart by the grandmaster’s decisive blow. And I didn’t expect his senses to be so sharp because he knew exactly where I was.

“Damn, where the hell is that demon blade?!” I say, quickly bending over to cover as I walk away. I got to the end of the room and noticed another door.

So, I dashed towards the door, but the grandmaster saw me before I could enter. He was there in an instant, slamming and instantly destroying the door. Fortunately, I was able to avoid the direct hit. My body would have split, and the grandmaster would have eaten me.

“Grandmaster, you’re starting to irritate me!” I screamed angrily. This was the first time I encountered someone larger than me, and I felt threatened, but I’m glad because it was a new experience for me.
