Chapter 56. I'll Fight for You

“My love!” he said slowly walking towards her, his eyes holding her gaze in a staring contest. Andrea’s eyes widened and her heart skipped a beat. He came closer and pulled her flush against his chest. 

“Oh, why?” she whispered breathlessly, not able to look away. Of course, she knew the answer to that, yet she wanted to hear it from him. She’d been dying to hear him say the three magic words for so long! 

“I thought it was quite obvious, Andrea. I’m in love with you, that’s why,” admitted Aries, searching her face for her reaction. 

“I love you too, Aries. I was wondering how you felt about me. Please promise me you won’t forget me even if Dad takes me away,” she whispered the last few words, her throat almost choking with emotion. Aries’s eyes filled up with emotions and he crushed her to himself, not wanting to be separated at all.
