Chapter 59. The Threat of Separation
The whole day, they were busy packing up, interacting with the vast family, and much more. Lunch was a grand affair at Aunt Hannah’s place, with the whole family getting together once again. It was the last few hours they would spend together before leaving for New York. They came back to Aunt Pauline's house, overloaded with gifts. Andrea felt a little down to leave everyone here. They felt more like family to her than her own. They accepted her into their lives without a question, without a judgment. The love they showered upon her within such a brief span of time that Andrea wanted to hide here forever from her own family.
She walked with Aries, hand in hand, from Aunt Hannah’s house towards his. A melancholic feeling gripped her heart, knowing that the good times were over for them. Maybe they would be separated forever. Aries heard the deep sighs and knew exactly how she felt, tightening his hold on her hand.
