Chapter 67. Gaining Financially Independence

Aries opened the door and found Adam, Anthony, and Adrian standing there, looking anxious and worried. “Is Annie with you?” asked Adam, and Aries nodded. 

“Yes, she’s here. Please come inside,” he invited them all, opening the door wider. Adam walked in, followed by the others. 

“Thank God she’s safe!” said Anthony. Andrea heard their voices and fixed her appearance quickly before going out to meet them. 

"Yeah, she gave us a fright. We’ve been up the entire night looking for her. It was only at 4 o’clock that we received a call from your sister that Annie had returned to New York," said Adrian. Aries’s jaws dropped at the ordeal they had to go through, and he felt a little guilty.
