Chapter 56. Carmela and Prince Vincent

Ashley’s POV

Our honeymoon on the yacht turned out to be a not-so-forgettable experience. I almost couldn’t believe myself when I pulled the idea of crushing the enemy by lending a hand to Prince Vincent when he was distracted and luckily getting the enemy almost knocked out by a kick. I could still remember the fear in the prince’s eyes when he saw me behind the big man who is holding the captain of the yacht. I know he feared for my safety but I wanted to be of help, especially to the one I love.

And to show him that he’s got nothing to fear, I did my best in helping him. With our combined efforts the enemy was apprehended, and now we are back in the palace. I took a deep breath and look at the door of our bedroom it is almost dinner time again but he hasn’t come back. He reported to his father the Great Alpha King as soon as we came back, I wanted to accompany him however he insisted on me getting some rest.
