Chapter 59. A Sacrifice

Ashley’s POV

We were walking and looking into some of the best-branded clothes for men however, Carmela has not chosen anything. There is nothing that she likes about the Swarovski men’s accessories as well. When I started to feel a little bit withdrawn, I asked that I am going to the lady’s room for a few minutes.

“I’ll wait for you here Ash, I think those expensive cuff links have finally caught my interest.”

“Really! That sounds great, have a look at them then. I’ll be sure to come back in a minute.”

She nodded and smiled. “Take your time Ash, and take care. The warrior who followed us, just asked me if he could grab himself something to drink and I said yes so he is nowhere near us.”

“It’s alright Carmela I’m not going far.”

I shrugged my shoulders and turned my back away from the shop. The staff came back to her with a lot of stuff in her hands, probably showing her the products that she wanted to see.
