Vincent’s POV

I’ve only had a couple of hours of sleep until the morning comes, and we have to get up and make ourselves ready for the ceremony. Ashley looks at me with a worried smile on her face as I fix the top button of my long sleeve shirt getting myself prepared to be the next Alpha King.

“I am fine sweetheart, no need to be worried about this event. I imagine this moment happening for a long time.”

She shakes her head and walks toward me. I feel the warmth of her arms as she hugs me from behind.

“I am happy for you my love, finally you get the crown as the Alpha King. However, what I am concerned about is Carmela. I just hope she wakes up soon.”
