Chapter 29. Silver Bullet

Carmela’s POV

An hour have passed with Gemer landing not one blow towards me. We went on with our sparring taking turns between offense and defense not really hurting one another. Until I heard Alpha Jack’s voice cutting us off.

“Come on! Guys this is not a game, we need to see Carmela’s abilities now. I understand not one of you wants to injure each other. But think of this as a fight! Carmela sweetheart, give me your best shot.”

I wished Alpha Jack had never said that because when his words had reached my ears, I swore to myself I would double my strength. I don’t want him to get disappointed at me.

There is so much strength inside my body that needed release and I was only holding back with the fear of hurting Gemer and making Alpha Jack upset. But now, I plan on releasing them all.
