Vincent’s POV

I felt my head throb after the conversation with my father, I couldn’t believe he took a young she-wolf to be his lover. She cannot be someone who can replace my mom, I sighed while walking in the hall heading into the Royal chambers. I was a little closer when a scent unfamiliar assaulted my nostrils. What the?

My feet reached the front of my bedroom quickly and my hand reached out for the doorknob but in a way that nobody could hear from the inside. I twist it open to see someone working inside my room. The scent is obviously coming from this individual, but who is she?

The sight of her fixing my bed have caught me off guard, her scent is quite different. She looked small standing beside my huge bed and she didn’t even notice that I’m watching her. Her back is facing me from the door, who is this girl? I decided to say something in order to announce my presence.

“Oh are you new? This is the first time I’ve seen you around.”
