"He's just a foolish clown making a spectacle of himself, no bother to me! But why should you seek my aid if this doesn't concern you? What's your relationship with this actress, Gladys?" Brian suddenly became interested in the gossip.

Jonathan replied: “Just a friend. I dislike Kieran's actions, so I thought I might lend a hand."

"Just friends?" Brian still seemed skeptical.

Jonathan chuckled, then nodded: “Yes, just friends."
