Summer was almost upon them. The giggles and laughter at the fragrant garden where a small baby shower party was held were music to his ears.

A momentary peace had ensued. A blessing nonetheless.

His mate and his sister glowed, and their noticeable baby bumps were simply adorable. They would have new pups running around before the year ends.

"Why aren’t we allowed at the party?" His beta grumbled beside him. Irritated because their mates asked them to stay away.
