They sat in silence for a few minutes. Both lost in thought.

"I've come to make you an offer." Gael said, breaking the silence.

"I can imagine. You miss your Luna. The attraction, the bond and all that, right?"

"I miss my Luna. The young woman I met working in a restaurant. But she doesn't exist anymore."

"I'm still the same."

Gael stared at her coldly, but didn't insist.

"Are you willing to make a deal?"

"Do I have a choice?"

"Not if you want to leave this comfortable cell before you turn seventy."

"Very well, my Alpha King. Tell me what you want."

"You will sign a deed passing all your assets to me."

Cybele laughed.

"I wasn't here for the money anyway. Keep it."

"Good. You'll live in the village where my parents lived and you'll work as Catlyn's servant."
