Cybele stood in the darkness looking up at the starless, moonless sky. This was probably how they would spend the rest of the time they had, before the fire she saw in her vision descended like flames and destroyed everything. She heard the branches of the giant tree move and didn't turn around. She knew he was there. In fact, she went there because she knew he would follow her.

"Well, well, well... I think I've found a little she-wolf lost in the forest for the second time." The voice was soft, with a cynical tone, and Cybele looked up to see him with red eyes, crouched on a branch, his huge wings spread.

"Who are you? I know you're not just a vampire." Cybele asked coldly.

He smiled wryly and with a leap, was standing right in front of her.

"I'm too dangerous for you to be in my presence."
