The messenger went back to his master with the item he was sent to retrieve. He cursed Isadora for suddenly acting up. He had hoped that she would stay true to her nature and make things easier for them in Vaughnorths, but she had suddenly grown a conscience. He should have known better. She was far too emotional to act on her desires. He must have misunderstood her. He thought because she had done it once before, she could easily become a traitor again. This time she let her feelings get the best of her.
He arrived at their hideout and went to report to his master immediately. He knew that he would be greatly displeased, and he would have to bear the brunt of Isadora's foolishness. His master was once again meditating. He didn't know exactly what it was he was doing because he never talked much. He only said the things he thought were necessary to say; other than that he would stay cooped up in his room.
