Chapter 41

I woke up with a start, to find my body dripping with sweat and the bedroom light still burning fiercely. I got up and turned off the tormenting light, my whole body aching with unfulfilled longings.

I still responded so passively to his touches and I knew no man can ever replace Marc as he could make me untrollable and it was only he who could turn me wild and do things that no one would ever think of. I sighed and turned over restlessly as I threw myself again on the big bed and after some time I went off to sleep.

When I woke up next the sun was shining brightly through the window and there was the smell of coffee from the small tray bedside table. Ada must have just left it there, I thought struggling quickly and reaching out for my watch, kept on the bedside table.
