It is unusual for me, in person, to visit these facilities. I’m usually nowhere near them. They don’t interest me.

I pay people to take care of this. We talk about production facilities, but they are laboratories. No more, no less. And what happens in a lab? If I can avoid being in the middle of it, I will be. Anything can happen there, and I don’t want to get involved. When we arrive, we get out of the vans and the foreman of that farm is waiting for us. I don’t like him. He is a taciturn man, but he goes in waves. Sometimes, he doesn’t speak; he communicates with grunts, and I’m honestly fine with that. But other times, he won’t be quiet for a second, and I leave those meetings with headaches that I neither want nor have to endure. How we’re going to find him today is a mystery to me, which is especially funny to my men.
