Chapter 14

Myan opened her eyes and tried to take note of the surroundings. Something warm was pressing against her chest, and even though she could not tell, she remained still because there was something warm pressing against her chest, and the feeling was everything to her.

“You fool,” Ash spoke all of a sudden, startling her a little. She realized that he was massaging her chest with his palms, and they were both red. He was using a little heat to ease her lungs of the cold she had accommodated.

She sat up immediately, and he moved away from her. “If you are not afraid of the water giving you a cold, follow me to the bathroom so you can clean my back.” Ash stood to his feet and left her side.

Myan was still confused by everything that was going on and so she stared blankly at him. What was he even talking about?

She recalled they were busy talking about the stars last night and how cold she had been.
