Mr. Gonza was now standing two feet from Solana’s table. She thought he looked a little too interested in her reply to his question. Had she been talking aloud? Wasn't that a symptom of madness? 

"Ah. Yes, sir. Everything’s alright." She replied.  

"Good. 

Visa is down. Accept other cards and cash. Or have them use the QR code." He informed her. 

"Got it."  She replied.

"Tell the others." He added before turning away.  

A customer was already pushing his cart toward her table at the same time as the manager walked away. The sales floor was a little crowded now, which spelled a busy time for everyone. She didn't want to forget to pass on Mr. Gonza's instructions, so she decided the best time to do so was now. 

"Just a moment, please." She said to the customer who was at her table and already unloading his cart. Going over to the next cashier, she delivered
