BELLA

Ken froze when I stepped into the office, his eyes widening in fear. I watched in bewilderment as he hurried out of the office before I could even say 'hi', looking like the entire demons in hell were after him. It was a bit puzzling, but I didn't dwell on that. I had more important things to think of at the moment, and he wasn't part of that. 

I know I promised the director that I would get the brothers to come for an interview in the establishment, but there was no telling if they would show up. With them, one can never be too certain, especially Blue. 

“If it's not the bitch, Bella,” Imelda mocked as she strode into the office. 

Chris went to get something from her office, so she wasn't with me at the moment.

“Who's the bitch?” I demanded, folding my arms as I gave her a once-over. She had grown her hair out of the pixie cut she had it in as if she knew just how funny she looked in the haircut.
