Thanks to Alpha Marko's reasoning, Shadow would definitely have no reason to visit the other packs in the werewolf realm, as there was nothing of interest for him there. He wanted Scarlett, and since she was in Black Claw, this would be the location where he would begin the war. Scarlett realized that with him coming here, this was not the most secure place for the boys. He may attempt to utilize them for his advantage once more. She had to remove them to a location that would ensure their safety. 

She talked about her intentions with Zachary, who agreed and then inquired about whom she would like to assign the responsibility of looking after her sons. After several days of contemplation, she finally decided to tell him that she preferred Ralia to be in charge of them. She would take on the responsibility of caring for the boys, yet she would not be by herself. 

Alpha Marcus's mate, Luna Kelly, was a formidable supporter, and Ralia would relocate to the pack to keep a
