Chapter 45. Discussion

Daemon’s POV

I felt a sharp thud at my chest, his words seemed to have infuriated me. “I have not yet bitten off your head all this while… Is just a reason, don’t make me regret it.”

“Bro, I am just…”

“Get out,” I cut him off and counted each word most terrifyingly, making it so obvious that I have already lost the last straw of patience in me.

“Daemon, I am just concerned and wanted a better way to fix this without you hurting yourself.”

“Leave now, Sam!”

A loud growl emanated from me, the atmosphere suddenly became uncomfortable. I can feel my angry beast in the corner of my head, his struggles to be set free.

Seeing Sam’s resistance to not wanting to go, the last thing I wanted now is hurting him. If I stay any longer here I will hurt him, snarling. I pushed him out of my way and slowly walked away.

I need a moment to calm my nagging head and think straight. I am beginning to lose it every single day.
