When I stepped out of the staff exit, Harad was already waiting there.

He leaned against a shiny Maserati, the car screamed all wealth.

As he approached me and extended his hand, I put mine in with a smile, relieved that there was still no hint of the mate bond between us. But again, his captivating eyes stirred up feelings of excitement inside me, and those lips, goodness, they could tempt the heavens themselves to sin. I refrained from expressing my thoughts, as any complications at this point would not be ideal for me.
