“Alpha, do you know of any pack in this region that might have been wiped out? The Kingdom has not received any reporting of that.”

Harad stared straight into the young Alpha's eyes. Alpha Dimitri lost his balance for a moment, I felt his aura shift. But Alpha remained stoic with no hint of emotion across his face.

“Not that I remember,” he answered lightly. "Why? "Has anyone mentioned anything about that?"

“Well, we met two women in Human Town. They're saying to be the only survivors of a pack that was near yours. I personally urged them to find shelter with your pack, but they outright refused,” revealed Harad. “Isn't that strange? You would think that she-wolves, in particular, would be careful not to become rogues or lone wolves.”
