Chapter 60. Farewell

Kon yawned. 

His entire body ached, and his head was pounding like something a mortar was used on. 

He placed his hand on his forehead and tried to peek an eye open. His eyes felt so heavy.

The devil noticed Kon stirring and walked over to him.

“Be careful, you are still hungover," he said as he helped Kon to sit up. 

“You can now slowly open your eyes,” he ordered as he brought the painkiller and medicine.

“Osy? Are you the one?” Kon opened an eye at the sound of the familiar voice. He was half hoping to see Lin doting over him, claiming to be a non-existent boyfriend. 

“I'm the one,” Osy smirked. 

It pleased him to hear Kon call him by his name. It was more than he ever could ask for. 

“What happened? Why am I here? Where is Lin?”

His words caused Osy to furrow his brows. 

“Don't you know what happened?” He placed his palm on Kon's forehead, to check his temperature.
