Chapter 147. Emergence
The path to her house is lonely and quiet, she enters the dimly lit room, tracing her fingers on the furniture and pictures on the shelf. Staring at the picture with the four of them in it, she looks so happy, they look so happy, does that mean marriage suits her?
She waves the thoughts rushing through her mind, the thoughts of marriage still don’t settle well properly on her mind, she goes straight to her room, preparing for the battle with Chris in the morning.
The morning sunlight flashes upon her face, her eyes twitch in contact with the sunlight, cracking her neck and knuckles, she freshens up, going to face Chris about his sudden attack last night.
The smell of fried bacons, eggs and sausages fills the walls of the room, enticing her nostrils, she moves to the kitchen silently without saying a word, “good morning,” Chris voice small barely above a whisper.
She fixes her gaze on her meal, eating silently without saying a word, “the silent treatmen
