"Everything's fine now. Was there any trouble at the hotel yesterday?"

Liam smiled, then asked about the hotel’s situation from the previous day.

"There wasn’t anything significant, but Manager Shirley from the housekeeping department and Manager Amanda from public relations came looking for you. They didn’t say what it was about, though..."

Sophia began to briefly outline the events of the previous day.

This was one of the benefits of having a secretary. Otherwise, if Liam didn’t come to the hotel, he wouldn’t know what was going on, but now he could stay informed about almost everything that happened.

"Alright, I got it. Please give Manager Shirley a call and ask her to come over."

Liam guessed that Shirley was probably looking for him regarding the matter of Calista, the pregnant waitress.

After all, the situation still hadn’t been resolved, and Liam hadn't yet identified the hotel’s middle or upper
