"Remember, from now on, never serve vegetables like these to guests. It's better to close the restaurant than to offer substandard food."
Liam gave a few instructions, not too harshly scolding the chefs.
After all, the root of the problem wasn't with the chefs but with the procurement of ingredients.
Even the best chefs can't work without the right ingredients.
But the chefs did have some responsibility, at least for trying to cut corners. That kind of mentality was unacceptable, and they needed a reminder.
Leaving the kitchen, Liam headed back to his office, contemplating along the way.
Having already fired James Whitaker, he could assign someone else to handle procurement. However, Liam felt it was necessary to visit the hotel's vegetable greenhouse.
Given the current situation, it seemed there might be an issue on that end too, and it was clearly a serious one for the hotel's restaurant.
