"Young man, the last time I asked for your name, you wouldn’t tell me, and this old man couldn’t find out no matter how hard I tried. It seems we’ve met by chance today. This is perfect—later, I’ll have your aunt make a few of her best dishes, and we’ll sit down for a proper meal so I can express my gratitude."
The old man smiled at Liam, then turned to Paul Scott and scolded, "What are you standing there for? Call your mother and your wife and have them prepare the food and drinks."
"No problem, Dad. Don’t get worked up. I’ll call them right away, and I just so happen to have a few bottles of good wine at home..."
Paul Scott quickly nodded. Though he was impulsive and reckless, he was very filial and not the type to be unreasonable.
