Chapter 89

As Lana scanned through her midterm results, she could feel a presence behind her. Before she could say or do anything, Suzie opened her mouth. “Oh my god, she did it again! Near perfect scores!” Suzie whooped as she peered down at Lana’s midterms results.

Lana let out a nervous laugh when she noticed that Suzie’s loud voice had brought unwanted attention from their classmates turning their gazes towards them.

“Obviously she would do great, she’s trying to get into that top university at Winfield City, right Lana?” Carmen chimed in.

“Y-Yea…” she muttered, realizing that after everything that was happening in her life, she never really had the time to think about what she actually wanted to do when she graduated. She had an idea, the idea of leaving Rosecliff and moving to the city was the ultimate plan but now she was starting to question if she still wanted to go through with that plan.

“Okay, settle down everyone!” Mrs. Hathaway announced in front, causing
