Chapter 95

Wyatt’s POV

My thoughts are interrupted when the Supreme Elder calmly walks out of the trees, along with a few of the other elders, and scans around the open field. A slight frown appears on her face as her eyes momentarily stop on the various dead.

As I watch the Supreme Elder, my paws move towards her. Even though I really hate her riddles, I want to know if this is finally done. Alpha Marcus is dead, and so is Caleb. Hopefully, these are the only threats out there, and the werewolf community will be safe now.

An eerie calmness settles over the battlefield as all eyes turn and focus on the Supreme Elder as she slowly walks towards Katelyn, Sammy, and Mike.

The closer the Supreme Elder gets to Katelyn, the faster my paws move. Just as the Supreme Elder reaches my mate, I stop and stand by my mate’s side. Bridget, Ford, Mason, and Donna soon appear next to me, too.
