Chapter 77. Afhany's Request
The years went by and the children grew up. Moses made sure that everyone had classes, including the girls because it was his wish that his children learn to read and write.
Thomas and Mentor were friends and even shared the same opinions. They always played together, although their mothers did not approve of their friendship. Thomas seemed to have forgotten his mother's lessons and treated everyone with respect. However, he did everything he could to get closer to Mary, but she rejected his advances and preferred to play with her other brothers, becoming very close friends with Mentor.
This friendship even bothered Moses, who, like Liam, began to believe, much to Afhany's chagrin, that Thomas and Mary should be together.
His sudden change of mind, Pharaoh revealed only to Afhany, was due to the fact that a creature he called father constantly told him that it was their destiny and that he could save the world they lived in in the near future.
