Chapter 28
Alexander's POV:
I went to the doctor's office in a rush.
"I do not think my father feels safe here. Maybe he would feel safer at home," I told the doctor.
"But he is still recovering," the doctor told me.
"Yes, I know. Maybe we can make arrangements for treatment at home," I said.
"Fine. But you would have to sign this document to show that you consented to this," the doctor said as he stretched forth a piece of paper.
"This is to keep the hospital out of any trouble in the future," the doctor added.
"Okay," I signed and left the office.
We left the hospital immediately and headed home. Dad felt so restless throughout the journey.
"Are you sure you are okay?" I asked him.
"Yeah," he answered uninterestedly.
"Or we could have just stayed back?" I asked him again.
"Alexander, stop asking me tons of questions and drive. You need to focus," he told m
