I slit my throat and it suddenly felt like I was drowning more.

Moments later I fluttered my eyelids open only to found myself in another place tied up 

This was real because I can sense people around me and also their kill intent.

Where I was looked abandoned and I could see the sun poking through the window glass.

At least I thought being in this dire situation would be better than being in that terrible dream.

I was still half naked and could feel the air piercing my skin, it was nice but quite ticklish.

My both hands were bound to the back and also my legs.

The force I used to try to break free of the chains created a metallic sound and I heard whispers then two people started approaching me.
